We want you to be satisfied with FMS Detective. If the App does not meet your expectations, we offer refunds under the following terms.
If you are not satisfied with FMS Detective for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at support@fmsdetective.com with your order details. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refund requests for subscription renewals must be made within 14 days of the renewal charge. If you no longer wish to use FMS Detective, we recommend canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged. You can cancel at any time through your Paddle account.
Refund requests made after the applicable refund period (30 days for initial purchases, 14 days for renewals) are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.
